Wait Until 8th - before cell phones!

There is a popular national initiative called "Wait Until 8th" to empower parents to not give their kids smartphones until at least the end of 8th grade. There is lots of research showing the damaging impact smartphones can have on kids and waiting can be hard. The Wait Until 8th pledge empowers parents to rally together to delay giving children a smartphone. Parents can help each other to pledge to keep this boundary. It's worth a look!
