Three Ways to Stay Safe

 In addition to the Never Never Rules our Kindergarten and First graders are learning about Three R's - 3 Ways to Stay Safe:

Recognize the rule - is it safe?

Refuse - use words that mean "no"

Report - tell the closest adult.

This concept is from the Second Step curriculum we use district-wide. It works in any situation and would be a great concept to reinforce at home. Here is the song we use to learn the Three Ways to Stay Safe.
